Rescheduling Limit Change
To offer you more flexibility when it comes to rescheduling your classes, we made some changes to the current rescheduling process.
As of December 13th, it is now possible to reschedule your lesson via the WebApp up to 10 min before the lesson starts.
What does this mean?
- Flexibility for both of you and your student in case of emergency: in case of an unforeseen event, you can use the rescheduling button directly in the WebApp until 10 min before the start of the lesson.
- No need to contact the support number anymore: you will be able to reschedule directly from the Webapp!
- Connect on time: please do not connect to your lesson earlier than 9 min before its start. If you connect earlier, your presence will not be recorded properly (shown as tutor no-show), leading to an adjustment request.
- The 30 min rule remains: on a general basis, if your student wants to reschedule less than 30 min in advance, you have the right to decline the request. You are also requested to let your students know well in advance (at least 30min before the session) if you would like to reschedule.
Good practice to avoid adjustments to your session earnings:
- Please do not connect to your lesson earlier than 9 min before its start to ensure your attendance is tracked.
- Please encourage your student to connect to the lesson via their Webapp to launch the session or to use the link sent to them by SMS. Please DO NOT share your link with them.
If you do need to submit an adjustment request, please ensure you have adequate proof that the session was held (or cancelled): all screenshots should include date and time stamps, and screenshots from classes should show all participants in the classroom. Insufficient proof may result in your request being declined.
