Curious about what the Didactic folder is and can be used for? 🤔 Keep reading!

The Didactic folder is a resource bank where you can find and add helpful resources for tutoring! In the Didactic folder, you will find folders based on subjects, a folder for useful links, and a folder for the Tutor Academy, which is where you can find the Summer Resources. These folders are for you - our tutors - to share materials with other tutors!

How to access the folder :

  1. Logon to the WebApp
  2. Click “Useful links”
  3. Then click on “Didactic material”
  4. This will open up Google Drive!

You can use the subject folder to add worksheets or any other materials you believe will be useful for tutoring your students. Uploading resources to this folder means that all tutors will have access to these files. This is a collaborative space! Please use the folder to add worksheets, lesson plans, or any other materials that can be useful for our tutor community. Uploading resources to this folder means that all tutors will have access to these files. 🚨 Please note that other people’s files cannot be deleted from the shared folder.

If you would like to edit the document, you will need to download the file to your computer / your own Drive and then you will be able to make edits.

When adding documents to the shared folder, please do so in the following format : 👉 “Grade, name of topic” and add it to the appropriate folder. Ex. Grade 10, Fractions.

To access these exciting materials, all you need to do is:
1) Log into the WebApp
2) Click on the “Useful links” tab
3) Access the “Didactic Material” folder. Inside you will find a new Tutor Academy folder where you can download each of the resources as many times as you want for each of your students!
