WhatsApp groups will no longer have Educational Advisors

Update from GoStudent Costumer Success team! Educational Advisors will leave existing WhatsApp groups with students/parents and will no longer be part of future groups with new students/parents. This should not directly impact you, as Educational Advisors currently don't have an active role in the WhatsApp groups.

When is this change going to happen?

Educational Advisors will not leave all WhatsApp groups at once, so this will be a gradual change over the course of the next weeks.

What does this mean for your communication with students and parents?

The WhatsApp groups remain of course open for you to exchange information and learning materials with your students and their parents and should still be used for all of your communication with them. As stated in the Tutor Code of Conduct, we also expect you to be friendly, professional, and mannerly in all interactions with students and parents.

What can be done if you or your students/their parents have any questions?

If you or your students/their parents have any questions or problems, our GoStudent support is available to you. Just send a WhatsApp message to the support number +1 (437) 747-3891 and we will take care of your request. Please also remind your students/their parents to use this number if they need support.

Please note that this change affects only your groups with regular students. WhatsApp groups will still be created by Educational Experts for trial sessions.
